Omaka je svilnata, maslena, aromati\u010dna in blago pikantna. Prav ta kombinacija bogate teksture in ne\u017ene topline je razlog, da je jed postala ena najbolj priljubljenih indijskih specialitet po svetu. Je naravno brez glutena in se odli\u010dno kombinira z razli\u010dnimi brezglutenskimi prilogami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posebnost jedi je marinada na osnovi jogurta, limoninega soka in za\u010dimb. Limonin sok za\u010dne razgrajevati beljakovine na povr\u0161ini mesa, rahlo \u201cskuha\u201d zunanji sloj in pomaga, da se za\u010dimbe bolje vpijejo. Jogurt meso zmeh\u010da, mu doda globino okusa in pomaga, da ostane so\u010dno tudi po pe\u010denju in kuhanju v omaki. V tradicionalni pripravi se pi\u0161\u010danec pe\u010de v <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tandoor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tandoorju<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 glineni pe\u010di, ki daje zna\u010dilno dimljeno aromo in rahlo zape\u010deno skorjo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\r\n    <div class=\"info-box\">\r\n        \n<h4>Tradicionalna priprava v tandoorju<\/h4>\n\n<p>\nTandoor je glinena pe\u010d, ki izvira iz Indije in se tradicionalno uporablja za pripravo jedi, kot so tandoori pi\u0161\u010danec, naan in druge kru\u0161ne plo\u0161\u010de. Pe\u010d se segreje na zelo visoke temperature, pogosto nad 400 \u00b0C, kar omogo\u010da hitro pe\u010denje in zna\u010dilno rahlo dimljeno aromo.\n<\/p>\n<hr class=\"info-divider\">\n<p>\nMeso, marinirano v jogurtu in za\u010dimbah, se v tandoorju hitro zape\u010de na zunanji strani, medtem ko notranjost ostane so\u010dna. Visoka temperatura ustvari rahlo zape\u010deno skorjo in intenziven okus.\n<\/p>\n<hr class=\"info-divider\">\n<p>\nKer v doma\u010dih kuhinjah obi\u010dajno nimamo tandoorja, lahko podoben u\u010dinek dose\u017eemo z zelo vro\u010do pe\u010dico, \u017earom ali dobro segreto ponvijo. Visoka temperatura, kratko pe\u010denje in pravilno mariniranje mesa bodo dali podoben rezultat, kot \u010de bi meso pekli v tandoorju.\n<\/p>\n\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    \n\n\n\n<p>V tem receptu pi\u0161\u010danca pripravimo v ponvi, kar je preprosto, u\u010dinkovito in daje odli\u010den rezultat. Ko so kosi pi\u0161\u010danca lepo zape\u010deni,  jih du\u0161imo v bogati paradi\u017enikovo-masleni omaki, obogateni s smetano in aromati\u010dnimi za\u010dimbami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultat je mehka, kremasta jed z uravnote\u017eenim okusom, ki se popolno poda k <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dietnikuhar.si\/brezglutenski-naan\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"7260\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">naan kruhu<\/a><\/strong> ali <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dietnikuhar.si\/riz-po-azijsko\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3620\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">basmati ri\u017eu<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\r\n<div id=\"recept\" class=\"recipe-container\" style=\"font-size: 1.0rem; Obenem z dna posode postrgamo ostanke popra\u017eenega pi\u0161\u010danca.<\/li><li class=\"normal-step\">Dodamo papriko, kumin (\u010de ga imate, jed bo dovolj aromati\u010dna tudi brez), cimet (\u010de uporabljamo cimet v prahu), koriander in kajenski poper, pome\u0161amo in takoj dodamo paradi\u017enik (da se za\u010dimbe ne za\u017egejo).<\/li><li class=\"normal-step\">Solimo in kuhamo 10 do 15 minut, da se omaka zgosti in postane gladka. Omako kuhamo toliko \u010dasa, da se ob robovih za\u010dne rahlo lo\u010devati ma\u0161\u010doba. Spasiramo s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom.<\/li><li class=\"bold-step\"><strong>Du\u0161enje<\/strong><\/li><li class=\"normal-step\">Dodamo popra\u017eenega pi\u0161\u010danca, preme\u0161amo in du\u0161imo 10\u201315 minut.<\/li><li class=\"normal-step\">Ko je pi\u0161\u010danec kuhan, dodamo smetano.
