Za razliko od ve\u010dine brezglutenskih kruhov, ki se morajo pred rezanjem povsem ohladiti, so te mle\u010dne \u0161tru\u010dke najbolj\u0161e tople, saj se zaradi manj\u0161e velikosti in bogatej\u0161ega testa njihova sredica hitreje stabilizira.  Takrat so tudi najbolj so\u010dne in mehke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Testo je stabilno in hvale\u017eno za delo, zato je recept primeren tudi za tiste, ki z brezglutensko peko nimajo veliko izku\u0161enj. \u0160tru\u010dke se lepo oblikujejo, enakomerno spe\u010dejo in vedno uspejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\r\n    <div class=\"info-box\">\r\n        \n<h4>\u010ce se nam ponesre\u010di ali \u010de ostane \u2026<\/h4>\n\n<p>\nPri razvoju recepta sem spekel ve\u010d poskusnih serij \u0161tru\u010dk, ki niso vse kon\u010dale tako, kot sem si zamislil. Namesto da bi jih zavrgel, sem jih posu\u0161il, zmlel v drobtine in iz njih pripravil odli\u010dne \u010dokoladne kroglice.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"info-divider\">\n\n<h4>Hiter recept za kroglice:<\/h4>\n\n<p>\nDrobtine iz posu\u0161enih in zmletih \u0161tru\u010dk zme\u0161amo s stopljenim maslom, malo kakava, marmelade in mleka ali pomaran\u010dnega soka. Oblikujemo kroglice in jih ohladimo v hladilniku. Po \u017eelji jih pred hlajenjem povaljamo v mletih ore\u0161kih ali kokosovih kosmi\u010dih.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"info-divider\">\n\n<p>\n\u010ce se vam kak\u0161na serija ponesre\u010di ali vam \u0161tru\u010dke ostanejo (v kar dvomim), jih preprosto uporabite kot osnovo za novo jed.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nV moji kuhinji tudi neuspehi dobijo drugo prilo\u017enost.\n<\/p>\n\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    \n\n\n\n<p>Odli\u010dne so za sladke in slane kombinacije \u2013 z marmelado, medom ali \u010dokoladnim namazom, pa tudi kot priloga k juham, enolon\u010dnicam ali preprostim obrokom.
