Po italijanskem izro\u010dilu jih obi\u010dajno prelijemo z ne\u017eno be\u0161amel omako ali bogato paradi\u017enikovo omako ter posujemo s sirom, nato pa vse skupaj gratiniramo do zlato rjave popolnosti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njihova zgodovina sega v 19. stoletje, ko so se kot nasledniki tradicionalnih polnjenih testenin za\u010deli pojavljati v kuhinjah ju\u017ene Italije. Danes jih po svetu poznamo v \u0161tevilnih razli\u010dicah \u2013 od sve\u017eih, vegetarijanskih verzij do razli\u010dic, do bogatih, mesnih okusov. Brez dvoma so kaneloni vsestranski, polnovreden in okusen obrok. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\r\n    <div class=\"info-box\">\r\n        \n<h4>O kanelonih<\/h4>\n\n<p>\nKaneloni so dobili ime po italijanski besedi <em>cannello<\/em>, kar pomeni \u00bbmajhna cev\u00ab \u2013 popoln opis testenin, ki je ustvarjena za bogate, so\u010dne nadeve.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nPo Italiji jih poznajo pod razli\u010dnimi imeni, kot so <em>cannaciotti<\/em>, <em>cannaroni<\/em> ali <em>crusetti<\/em>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nPosebno mesto imajo tudi v katalonski kuhinji, kjer jih kot <em>canelons<\/em> tradicionalno pripravljajo 26. decembra, na dan Svetega \u0160tefana \u2013 obi\u010dajno iz ostankov slavnostnega kosila.\n<\/p>\n\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    \n\n\n\n\n<p>\nZa mesno razli\u010dico kanelonov priporo\u010dam polnjenje z
