Klju\u010d do pristnega okusa je dobra sojina omaka \u2013 pri brezglutenski prehrani je najbolj\u0161a izbira <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kalcek.si\/omaka-sojina-tamari-50-manj-soli-brez-glutena-bio-500ml-lima\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tamari<\/a><\/strong>, ki je naravno brez glutena in obi\u010dajno nekoliko bolj polnega, a manj ostrega okusa (glejte deklaracijo). \u010ce izberete manj slano razli\u010dico, imate ve\u010d nadzora nad slanostjo jedi, ostale sestavine pa lep\u0161e pridejo do izraza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jed se pripravlja na mo\u010dnem ognju in zelo hitro, kar ni pomembno le za okus, ampak tudi za hranilno vrednost. Hitro pra\u017eenje omogo\u010da, da zelenjava ostane rahlo hrustljava in ohrani ve\u010d vitaminov ter mineralov, hkrati pa meso ostane so\u010dno. Prav zato je wok kuhanje ena bolj\u0161ih tehnik, kadar \u017eelite okusno in hkrati uravnote\u017eeno jed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\r\n    <div class=\"info-box\">\r\n        \n<h4>Ime in izvor jedi<\/h4>\n\n<p>\nMongolska govedina kljub imenu ne izvira iz Mongolije. Jed je nastala na Tajvanu v 50. letih prej\u0161njega stoletja, ko jo je v okviru t. i. mongolskega \u017eara zasnoval kitajski politi\u010dni begunec Wu Zhaonan. Ime je bilo izbrano predvsem zaradi ve\u010dje tr\u017ene privla\u010dnosti in eksoti\u010dnega zvena, saj sama priprava temelji na povsem drugih kulinari\u010dnih vplivih.<\/p>\n<p>\nV resnici jed zdru\u017euje kitajske tehnike hitrega pra\u017eenja v woku z elementi japonskega \n<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Teppanyaki\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\n<strong>teppanyakija<\/strong><\/a>.\nMedtem ko tradicionalna mongolska kuhinja temelji na preprostih jedeh iz mesa in mle\u010dnih izdelkov, je ta razli\u010dica prepoznavna po bogati sladko-slani omaki iz soje, \u010desna in ingverja.\n<\/p>\n Prav ta kombinacija okusov je razlog, da je mongolska govedina danes ena najbolj priljubljenih jedi sodobne azijske kuhinje.\n<\/p>\n\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    \n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pri brezglutenski prehrani je pomembno biti pozoren na skrite vire glutena \u2013 sojine omake, marinirane izdelke in omake iz trgovine, zato vedno preverite deklaracijo.
