Zelje poskrbi za vlaknine, volumen in sve\u017eino, testenine za energijo, ma\u0161\u010doba pa pove\u017ee okuse in omogo\u010di razvoj tistega zna\u010dilnega, rahlo karameliziranega priokusa, brez katerega ta jed ne bi bila to, kar je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010ceprav jih pogosto uvr\u0161\u010damo med \u201cskromne\u201d jedi, zeljne krpice zahtevajo nekaj ob\u010dutka za \u010das in temperaturo. Po kuhanju jih ne izpiramo, ker s tem odstranimo \u0161krob, ki pomaga, da se testenine v ponvi pove\u017eejo z zeljem in ma\u0161\u010dobo.
