Izvirajo z obmo\u010dja Sredozemlja, predvsem iz Dalmacije in Italije, kjer jih \u017ee stoletja cvrejo v \u010dasu praznikov, sejmov in dru\u017einskih slavij. Njihovi sorodniki so mi\u0161ke, castagnole in druge preproste sladice, nastale iz osnovnih sestavin, ki so bile vedno pri roki: moke, jajc, mleka in malo sladkorja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tradicionalno se fritule cvrejo v globoki ma\u0161\u010dobi in \u0161e vro\u010de povaljajo v sladkorju v prahu. V razli\u010dnih krajih jim dodajajo rozine, citrusno lupinico, jogurt ali kan\u010dek \u017eganja \u2013 vsak dom ima svojo razli\u010dico, a ideja ostaja ista: hitro, preprosto in neustavljivo dobro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brezglutenske fritule so sodobna interpretacija te klasi\u010dne sladice. Nastale so iz \u017eelje, da bi tudi tisti, ki glutena ne u\u017eivajo, brez skrbi posegli po tej priljubljeni sladici.
